Our furniture is designed to last, providing both functionality and beauty for years to come. We offer a curated selection of premium fabrics, leathers, grasscloth doors and stones to architects, interior designers, and other specifiers, ensuring that you achieve the perfect look and feel for each project.
Please note that variations in wood grain, finish and all other materials are natural, so the colours you see in photos may differ slightly from the actual product. We carefully select each piece of timber, and while the tones and natural markings may vary, these features celebrate the material’s unique character.
THE TIMBER STORY
Here at MBM we predominantly use timbers sourced from North America and Europe due to their more sustainable forestry and harvesting practices. Unlike Victoria, which has cleared 66% of our native vegetation over the last century, North America plants twice what is harvested every year, making it the most sustainable timber. We only use FSC-certified timbers.
The natural beauty of American Oak and Walnut, with their unique grains, defines the elegance and durability of our pieces. While these are our preferred materials, we're flexible and can work with different timber types upon request. Guided by our team's expertise, each piece we craft is not only beautiful but also built to last.
Our range of finishes is designed to be simple yet versatile, complementing any design or space. Additionally, we offer the option to match existing finishes, ensuring a seamless integration into your home or project. Our finishes are eco-friendly.
