The paper cord used at Made By Morgen is made of FSC-certified sustainable materials. We use two different colours of paper cord: natural and black. The natural paper cord is made of unbleached paper, while the black cord is dyed. It will gain a beautiful patina over time. The material is also waxed, giving it protection against some wear and tear. Vacuum gently when required to remove dust and any unwanted particles. With spills, soak it up as quickly as possible with a soft, absorbent, dry cloth. Do not rub the papercord as this may create piling. Paper cord is a naturally cool, comfortable and resistant material. It can last for many years and can be replaced or repaired by a skilled weaver if necessary.
